Trade-in Offer Terms and Conditions

Always On Trade-In Offer

  1. This Samsung Trade-In Offer (the “Offer”) is available to customers (“Customer(s)”) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. This Offer comprises a trade in (“Trade-In”) by which customers are welcome to trade-in their current smartphone, tablet, or smart watches devices from selected brands (“Old Device(s)”) with any new Samsung Galaxy device purchased through Samsung Saudi E-store (“New Device(s)”) for a certain value payable by the Customer. New Devices shall be limited to the following:
    1. Samsung Smartphones;
    2. Samsung Tablets;
    3. Samsung Wearables.
  3. To avail the Offer, Customer shall purchase the New Device by placing an order on shop.samsung.com/sa_en/ and then visit www.samsungtradeinsa.com to complete the online evaluation form. After the Customer(s) complete the evaluation, a partner associated with Samsung will contact the Customer(s) to collect and pickup their Old Devices, and complete the final physical evaluation as a necessary requirement to be eligible forthe Trade-In Offer.
  4. Once the Customer completes the Trade-In process, they will receive the evaluation amount through a bank transfer.
  5. The Offer is available only at Samsung Saudi online store (E-store); please visit (https://shop.samsung.com/sa/)
  6. Old Devices that are eligible for the Trade-In Offer can be viewed by visiting the following link samsungtradeinsa.com/samsung-ksa/categories(“Eligible Device(s)”); each list include the price estimate for each Eligible Device.

    1. The Customer should visit www.Samsungtradeinsa.com to initiate the Trade-In process.
    2. The Customer shall be at least 18 years old; or have the permission of his/her parent or his/her legal guardian.
    3. Customer’s personal data and all kind of data available on the Old Device (“Customer’s Data”) must be cleared by the Customer prior to handing it over and the Customer shall be fully responsible for loss of his/her Customer’s Data.
    4. Customer shall remove any SIM card or memory cards including Customer’s Data from the Old.
    5. Customers can Trade–in up to three (3) devices in one transaction.
    6. Samsung and its online Trade-In partner shall not accept liability for loss of any content, data or any other information including Customer’s Data contained in the Old Device.
    7. By participating in this Offer, Customer is aware of the loss of all content including contact numbers and Customer’s Data stored on the Old Device and Customer shall bear full responsibility of any damages caused by such loss of Customer’s Data.
    8. The Samsung associated partner shall not be liable for any costs or damages that may incur because of the loss thereof.h.Samsung and its partners including the Trade-in associated partner, and Samsung employees, affiliates and branches shall not be liable for any costs or damages that may incur because of the loss of Customer’s Data thereof.
    9. The Customer evaluates his/her Eligible Device/s via the www.Samsungtradeinsa.com in order to receive the initial estimation. The final estimation, will be decided by the online Trade-In partner appointed by Samsung upon collection of the Old Device. Customer understands and agrees that by participating in this Trade-in Offer, the Customer may not avail this Offer as a result of the Trade-in partner’s assessment of the Old Device and its illegibility for the Offer. The grading classification is as follows;
    10. Customers shall share their identification details and IMEI number of their Old Device with Samsung associated Trade-in partner. Samsung and its Trade-in partner shall not be liable for any loss or theft of this data.
    11. In order to validate the Trade-In and payment, customers will have to share the IMEI number available on the New Device with the online Trade-In Samsung associated partner Website.
  9. Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to applicable laws, to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior the Offer Period or during the Offer Period.
  10. Once a Customer accepts the value of trade-in device and/or discrepancy, the device cannot be returned back to the customer

  11. Samsung shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with the purchase, redemption and/or use of this Offer or the inability to use this Offer.
  12. By participating in this Offer, the Customer accepts that any dispute which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to his/her participation in the Offer, will be subject to, the governed and construed laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and such disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  13. Note that the top-up promotion has the validity to submit the claim within 45 days of the delivery date for the customer afterward no order will be entertained with Top-Up value.
  14. the total value received should be the residual value of the device(s) + Additional Top-Up value as per the mentioned timeline only.
  15. The promotion will start from 10-AUG-2023 till 14-SEP-2023, and additional top-up along with residual value is as per below upon purchasing the mentioned devices,
